Co-operation with customers

Joint projects with customers brings added value to R&D work and the opinions and experiences of our customers play a key role in improving our capacity to meet the future challenges facing the cement and concrete industry.

Quality data

Our technical help desk personnel send out a weekly quality data bulletin to our customers that describes the latest cement quality control results. It is also available in the Customer Forum on our extranet service.


We use the Betometri software to estimate the temperature and strength development of concrete based on the mix and site conditions data supplied by the customer.

Customer Forum

Our Customer Forum provides up-to-date information on products and concrete to registered customers (in Finnish). Order passwords to access the Customer Forum.

Training events

Finnsementti organises training events for its customers that can be tailored specifically to their needs and wishes. A seminar is organised annually for professionals in the field.

Finnsementti is the only Finnish manufacturer of cement. Harnessing our century-long experience, we produce consistently superior cement and create jobs within our industry. The majority of Finland’s cement demand is produced at Finnsementti’s plants in Pargas and Lappeenranta. In addition to cement, our offering includes various concrete admixtures, mineral additives and special aggregates.
